Bonded evaporator
The bonded evaporator is a conventional refrigerated evaporator made up of aluminum plates and tubes. The manufacturing process involves cutting the aluminum plate and hot-melt adhesive film, placing the film on the plate, bending and flattening the serpentine tube, and vulcanizing it to bond with the aluminum plate. Finally, a double-sided adhesive is applied to complete the evaporator.
The adhesive aluminum plate of the evaporator is where the evaporator coil is installed. One end of the coil connects to the connecting pipe of the refrigerating evaporator, while the other end passes through the variable room evaporator assembly and links up with the refrigerating evaporator via a transition pipe. The remaining end of the transition pipe is connected to both the connecting pipe of the evaporator and the air return pipe assembly. By following this installation process, the evaporator coil can function to its maximum potential and keep the room at the desired temperature.
By utilizing this product, energy consumption can be minimized while the service life of refrigeration equipment can be maximized.
